Spanish Patriot batteries are now being deployed to Turkey to augment air and missile defences - not saying S400 not serious but it doesn't mean Turkey not part of NATO military cooperation and joint effortsQ: Two NATO members - America and Turkey - have definitely misbehaved in Syria - incursion by Turks and sudden departure by US with no consultation - is this an alliance?- NATO not on ground in NE Syria - part of global coalition to defeat Daesh - have training mission in Iraq - provide air support, but not on ground - situation in NE Syria is difficult for people living there but also for this alliance...
