TOKYO, Japan, Oct. 28: Piko Taro, a Japanesecomedian and singer-songwriter, attends a press conference at the Foreign correspondents' Club of Japan in Tokyo on Oct. 28, 2016. His song "Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen," lasting just 45 seconds, was recognized as the shortest song to enter the Billboard Hot 100 chart by Guinness World Records the same day.
