Video shared by Goska Zdziechowska in mid-November of last year shows a curl-crested jay mimicking Star Wars–like snippets of dialogue and electronic sounds within its enclosure. Zdziechowska wrote in the YouTube caption that she returned to the rescue center after five years, and the jay still "proudly repeated his repertoire." She told Storyful, "The bird was rescued and brought to the Criadouro Onca Pintada. And it is not normal for this bird to make noises like that."
