As for what he thinks of the choice of Seville as the city to host the Grammys, he confesses: "I have lived in Spain for 18 years, I love Seville, I am happy that the Latin Grammys are here, Seville has always been the gateway of American culture in Spain and the exit door of Spanish culture to America, the flamenco palos have come from here and the round-trip songs have come from there, it seems wonderful to me that this city has always been where the Guadalquivir has always served as a bridge."
