Bear Joins Foot Traffic on Active Suburban Street

A large black bear was caught on camera casually crossing a toy-strewn residential street in Wesley Hills, New York, with a woman pushing a stroller visible in the background. Video recorded by Robert Ratner shows the bear strutting out of a driveway and ambling through an assortment of toys lying on a lawn. "I was walking to my synagogue, three doors down, when I spotted [the bear]," Ratner told Storyful. "I didn't want to startle the woman or the bear."
