NEW YORK, NEW YORK – AUGUST 17: (SPEECH) Lloyd Williams, the Chairman and Co-founder of Harlem Week gives a speech after having received a proclamation on behalf of New York to L. Williams as Gov. Hochul commits $8 Million for the renovation and preservation of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture in Harlem on August 17, 2022 in New York City.
