Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy discusses a proposed health care bill, the patient freedom act, cosponsored with Maine Senator Susan Collins. Cassidy says that blue states can continue with the status quo under the affordable care act, red states can go in a different direction, and those who do nothing would be set up with a health savings account pre-funded.
