Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton says at a news conference on legislation introduced to prohibit funding for military operations against Venezuela that it should alarm every American that the day before, Donald Trump called for Democratic members of Congress to be arrested for seditious behavior and said their actions were, quote, punishable by death, simply because they reminded service members of their obligation and oath to follow the Constitution, that Trump, a draft dodger, was obviously a weak and lawless crook who did not believe in that oath, but veterans took it seriously, as did their troops, emphasizing that their oath was to law, not to any one man, making that a foundational principle of their democracy.
