Interviewer: Maybe I can ask you about your two sons- BEA: Oh, my darling sons. CAREY: You adopted both boys- BEA: What?Interviewer: You adopted both boys? Bea: Oh no no no no no. First of all, I don’t want you to even say that. Why we-we have. We have two beautiful, beautiful boys. One is-who is into set design, constantly works set design, and the other one, who-my god, is a graduate of the neighborhood playhouse in New York started doing a number of small jobs on television and the movies. Certainly decided he really didn’t want to act. I think he just-he-he did that because of Jean and me – we were so heavily involved in theatre, and he’s now-I don’t know where the talent comes from, but he designs houses, he builds houses, he-he’s just so talented.
