Trucks Toppled Amid Strong Winds in Texas Panhandle
Multiple big rig trucks were left toppled on the side of a highway in Dumas, Texas, on December 15, amid powerful winds and dust storms. The NOAA https://twitter.com/NOAASatellitePA/status/1471215237521096708 recorded winds between 80 to 90 mph in some areas. The National Weather Service https://twitter.com/NWSAmarillo/status/1471196142373412872 reported a new highest gust record of 90 mph for the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
