Senator Booker cries out for Senator Paul to stand down on antilynching bill during George Floyd funeral

New Jersey Senator Cory Booker says in objecting to a consent request by Kentucky Republican Rand Paul to amend the Emmett Till Antilynching Act during a funeral for late Minneapolis resident George Floyd killed in police custody that he had children break down within that week wondering if the United States would be a country the value to their lives as much as those of whites, had to explain to grown men there was still hope in America for change, to heal to make it a more perfect union but that could be done, asking for one man to yield for once as he had in February 2019 to give America a win on the Till bill.
