Congresswoman Leger Fernandez calls for codifying DACA for DREAMers

New Mexico Congressman Teresa Leger Fernandez says in morning hour debate that she arises for teachers and doctors, nurses, those who care for the youngest and those who care for the elderly and disabled to ask for bipartisan support for the Dream and Promise Act for those who have been in the country and have contributed so much to the economy, adding that if DREAMers were lost the labor force will be decimated, billions of dollars in federal and state and local taxes each year lost if the Senate does not take action, she asking everyone to reach out to encourage Senators to support those who have given so much.
