Ohio Congressman Mike Turner learns from witnesses George Kent and Ambassador William Taylor in questioning at the first public impeachment inquiry hearing by the House Select Intelligence Committee that neither had direct contact with decision-makers with authority to affect US policy on bilateral engagements, neither had contact with President Donald Trump, Turner adding that the impeachment inquiry was about the president of the United States which neither had contact with as first witnesses a little amazing that the first step would be to call people who never had contact with the president himself.
