Paul Gascoigne interview; - I had a hip operation not last year but the year before. Am halfway through the B badge, the FA and various coaches have invited me to watch them but I have my own ideas. When I was asked to visit various clubs I was drinking and I wasn't right in the head. My style of managing will be different from others - look at Paul Ince and Tony Adams. Can't understadn why they got the sack.
- I can cope with pressure after 45 operations and people following me all my life.

- I have a heart of gold but if I want to be a good manager I've got to be tough. Coaching kids is good but it would be hard to tell them they weren't going up. That breaks my heart. I've seent hat happen to many kids and who knows they might become a great footballer but if not they might end up drinking and taking drugs. I have my own style but pick from other managers like Ferguson, Smith and Venables.
