Free speech advocate calls President Trump master of bully pulpit whereas FCC Chairman Carr feels differently about stances at Senate hearing on censorship

Public Knowledge Senior Vice President Harold Feld says in prepared testimony at a Senate Commerce Committee hearing about how the Biden administration pressured big tech companies to censor protected speech online that President Trump is a master of the bully pulpit and during his first administration complained about one sided news coverage and called for NBC to lose its license, but FCC Chair Ajit Pai had taken no action on these threats and made it clear that presidents have the bully pulpit but agency heads must stay independent and follow the law.
