AYDIN, TÜRKİYE (AUGUST 1, 2024 : A remarkable archaeological find—a marble head of Zeus—was discovered during cleaning efforts at the archaeological site of Aphrodisias, located in Türkiye's western Aydin province.The discovery, which is believed to have come from a sacred site or temple is noted as one of the best examples of sculpture from the Roman Empire period.in an interview with Prof. Dr. Roland R. R.
