The mission involved Russian Su-30SM and Su-35S fighters providing support. "The aviation group, comprising Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers and Chinese H-6K strategic bombers, conducted patrols over the Chukchi Sea, Bering Sea, and the northern Pacific Ocean. During the operation, Russian and Chinese crews practiced coordination in this newly designated joint operational area. Fighter escort duties were carried out by Su-30SM and Su-35S aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces," the Ministry stated. "The joint flight lasted over five hours, during which the Russian Aerospace Forces and PLA Air Force adhered strictly to international law, ensuring no violations of foreign airspace. 'At various stages of the route, the aviation group was shadowed by fighters from foreign nations,” they added. "After completing the mission, all participating aircraft safely returned to their respective bases.
