Sandalwood Fire blaze began as a vehicle fire at about 14 PM on Sandalwood Drive, near Interstate 10 in Calimesa. It has grown quickly in California, heavy winds in the area picked up the flames, quickly spreading to nearby vegetation and into the Villa Calimesa Mobile Home Park.
