Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham says at a hearing to review the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation that General Michael Flynn was interviewed on January 24, 2017 by the FBI without permission or counsel of then Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates recommended the Justice Department notifying the Trump administration about concerns with Flynn and White House counsel Don McGahn but the FBI went down a different path the call Flynn he did not need a lawyer and just wanted to talk quickly, and when Flynn said he wanted a lawyer they advised they would have to go up the chain to slow things down, Flynn having told Andrew McCabe he had the transcript and annuity says a white they had to talk to him, their intent to manufacture a crime and not figure out what he did.
