Marco Rubio: There is both challenge and opportunity in our time. And what we are called to do is to confront our challenges and embrace our opportunities. We will not be able to do that if we keep electing the same kind of people. It's not because they're bad people or because they don't love America. Some of them have just lost touch. They just forgot what it's like to have to struggle or perhaps they never did. Some of them are out of date they don't realize how much the world has changed, they don't realize how much the economy has changed and therefore they don't understand that our policies today are outdated. We have a retirement system that was designed in the 1930's. We have a higher education system that was designed in the 1950's we have anti-poverty programs that don't cure poverty that were designed in the 1960's. We have energy policies from the 70's and tax policy from the 80's and nothing looks like it did five years ago not to mention 50 years ago.
