KASSALA, SUDAN - NOVEMBER 08: Served with ginger, coffee is an indispensable part of daily life and culture for Sudanese people, especially in the country's east. The coffee is named Jabana and is mostly consumed in Kassala, Al-Qadarif and the Red Sea regions of the country. "Especially in our house, we drink before and after breakfast, afternoon and night time. We drink at least four times a day," said Omer Dumday a journalists in the region. The main ingredients of Jabana coffee are coffee beans, sugar, and ginger. "If they don't need to go work they drink Jabana There is a special Jabana called 'morning Jabana' that they drink before noon. It is called noon Jabana. After their work they drink Jabana in the evening," a street vendor, Hussain Musa said.
