Singing Sunbittern - HD stock video
The sunbittern (Eurypyga helias) is the sole member of its family, and is found from Guatemala through mid South America. The name derives from the spectacular sunburst pattern visible on the wings when the bird is in flight. This video shows a sunbittern responding to another bird by repeatedly giving its whistled call, which constitutes its entire repertoire.
