Wildfire Prompts Evacuations And Power Outages In Utah
(COMPILATION) Smoke rises after the Willard Peak Fire broke out on August 13, 2025 in North Ogden, Utah. Originating from a vehicle fire in the Willard Hills/North Ogden area, the blaze has grown to more than 750 acres, threatening hundreds of nearby homes at risk. Authorities have ordered evacuations in affected neighborhoods, and residents are urged to stay away from the fire zone. Ground crews, helicopters, and air tankers are actively fighting the fire.
