South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham is asked by reporter at news conference a day after Electoral College ballot count finalized for Joe Biden despite criminal trespass of the Capitol building if having spent time with President Donald Trump if he was as mentally unwell as some aides had suggested, Graham answering Trump was frustrated thinking the election was stolen, he had bad advisers pushing unsound ideas but White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Legal Counsel Pat Cipollone and National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien were giving good counsel and advise, Graham suggesting the best thing Trump could do was to encourage a peaceful, professional transition and use his voice for 14 days to discuss successes and bring the country together.
