Thunderstorm Rips Through Russian Town of Perm
A strong storm felled trees and billboards in the Russian city of Perm, near the Urals, on Wedneday, June 24, https://news.mail.ru/inregions/volgaregion/59/society/22456470/ according to Russian media . Wind gusts reached up to 20 metres per second (72 kph, 46 mph) ripping the roof off the main railway station. Transport came to a halt in parts of the city as debris and trees blocked roads.
