Students wearing seemingly incohesive fancy dress outfits hold up a banner reading 'EQUAL RIGHTS' as they take part in a thirty-mile walk for charity (the charity may be the Save the Children Fund). The costumes range from Little Bo Peep, to a teacher with mortice board, to Edwardian outfits (perhaps explaining the use of the banner, which could be reminiscent of suffragists or suffragettes), to interpretations of outfits from other regions of the world.
