Takerufuji (R), who achieved a historic win in the 15-day Spring Grand Sumo Tournament in Osaka in March, waves to fans and well-wishers as he returns triumphant to his native town Goshogawara in Aomori Prefecture, northern Japan on May 1, 2024.
