Congressman DesJarlais recognizes Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in floor remarks
Tennessee Congressman Scott DesJarlais says during a period of general speeches on the floor that Rhea County celebrated 18 years of participation in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a program that provides monthly books to children from birth to age five to promote early literacy, noting that the program has graduated over 4,500 children in the county since its implementation in 2006.
