VOICED: Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have escalated after Moscow put its fighter jets on a war footing. The move came as Russian news agencies reported that Ukraine's fugitive president, Viktor Yanukovych, has been seen in a Moscow hotel... and is asking Russia to guarantee his personal safety. Concerns are focused on Ukraine's Crimean peninsular - where today a pro-Russia group seized the regional government headquarters and parliament.
