Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw says in debate on his Do No Harm in Medicaid Act, which would prohibit Federal Medicaid funding for gender transition procedures for minors, that it had been stated that so-called treatments were safe and effective and saved lives, and he asked again to cite their sources but they would not because they knew that he knew all of the sources that they were going to cite and knew what he was going to say about them including about the problems with their methodology, about the pool participants they used, about how short those studies were, about how most did not even apply to minors, and they knew what he was going to say so they would not cite their sources, and he would cite his as they had systematic reviews that had been published and accepted throughout the scientific community, and that was why the rest of the western world was reversing their stance on this.
