Congressman Sessions explains Red Tape Act introduced to account for only economic costs of legislation
Texas Congressman Pete Sessions says at a news conference with members of House DOGE Caucus that he was introducing the Red Tape Act to ensure that as rules are written within the administration, non-monetary issues that bring in political or social costs rather than true economic costs are not included, while the DOGE caucus has the opportunity to encourage members and challenge American people to see that government efficiency will give them confidence in their government.
