The actress Berta Vázquez tells how this idea of ​​writing a poetry book arose: "during the covid I uploaded a poem and Espasa contacted me and encouraged me to write a book with them. It is a small diary of poetic prose and small stories of my life. Contemporary reflections. It's for young people too". A book that is a diary in which Berta recounts anecdotes, thoughts and even some of the sessions with her psychologist: "it is very important. In the end, I think that it is an emotional part, it is very important and you have to take care of it and pay attention to it, not there's nothing to be ashamed of." The well-known actress, who is of Ukrainian origin, is very concerned about the situation in her country and about the end of the war: "I am nobody to say that, I read the news and I die of grief like any person and human being who empathize. As a person there, it makes me sad and painful. It's something to reflect on and that it ends soon."
