Second day of competition concludes at Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating in Ankara

ANKARA, TÜRKİYE - SEPTEMBER 20: The International Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating continues at the Umitkoy Sports Complex in Ankara, Türkiye on Friday (September 20).The event, organized in collaboration with the International Skating Union (ISU) and the Turkish Ice Skating Federation, is being held from September 18 to 21, 2024.The day's events featured junior ice dance, junior pairs, and the women's free skating programs.In the junior ice rhythm dance category, Ukraine's Iryna Pidgaina and Artem Koval claimed first place, followed by the American duo Hana Maria Aboian and Daniil Veselukhin in second.Germany’s Darya Grimm and Michail Savitskiy secured third place.In the junior pairs free skating, Canada’s Jazmine Desrochers and Kieran Thrashe won gold, while the American pair Olivia Flores and Luke Wang took silver.
