Special Olympics Unified Volleyball World Cup in Katowice
The Special Olympics Unified Volleyball World Cup is kicking off in Katowice, Poland, on October 5, 2025. The tournament is a world first and is seeing 16 teams in unique combinations; each team is consisting of 12 players made up of 6 members with intellectual disabilities and 6 without. There are also teams in which both men and women are playing. The tournament is hoping to send a message throughout the world of the celebration of skill and inclusion.
