Eva-Themed Shinkansen Begins Operations

FUKUOKA, JAPAN - NOV. 7: The West Japan Railway Company began operations of the bullet train, a Kodama Sanyo Shinkansen train featuring a design based on the popular anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion" on November 7. This shinkansen train features 8 cars, and is designed in the image of the hero's "prototype" unit. One round trip per day will be operated between the Shin-Osaka and Hakata stations until March 2017.
