Leak from the Gwinnett County Police Department had stopped by the restaurant for lunch after completing a SWAT detail when he noticed a customer struggling to breathe.Sgt. Leak rushed to the man's side and promptly performed the Heimlich manoeuvre. With a single, well-executed abdominal thrust, the obstructing food was immediately dislodged, restoring the man's ability to breathe.In a statement, the department said all officers of the Gwinnett County Police Department undergo comprehensive training in CPR, First Aid, and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED) every two years.
