This is the third of 3 montages showing the assembly of American Motors' iconic 1970s subcompact, the Gremlin. This montage shows factory workers installing headlights, bolting on wheels, attaching hub caps, adding antifreeze to the radiators, inspecting the chassis from a pit underneath the assembly line, giving the cars their first tank of gas. The cars then receive a final inspection. We see one of them driven out into a large holding area.
