BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, NORTH MACEDONIA, MONTENEGRO, SERBIA - MAY 28: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s election victory was celebrated in Balkan countries on Sunday evening (May 28).In Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, hundreds of vehicles paraded in the streets while hundreds of people including Turkish expats celebrated in the old town of the city.In the North Macedonian capital, people gathered in the old town, chanted “Recep Tayyip Erdogan”, and launched fireworks as many carried Turkish and AK Party flags.In Rozaje city of Montenegro, people celebrated Erdogan’s election victory with fireworks.In the Serbİan city of Novi Pazar, a convoy of vehicles drove through the streets.Erdogan has been reelected Türkiye's president in runoff elections, the chairman of the country's Supreme Election Council (YSK) said Sunday.Speaking to reporters in the capital Ankara, YSK head Ahmet Yener said Erdogan won Türkiye's presidency over opposition challenger Kemal Kilicdaroglu in the second-round runoff vote.According to unofficial results, the Turkish incumbent won the race with 52.14%, while Kilicdaroglu got 47.86% of the vote, he said, adding that 99.43% of the ballot boxes have been opened so far.
