Two bear cubs hit the jackpot this spooky season when they found the leftovers of a Halloween party in a California back yard. Footage from Juliet Price in Granite Bay shows the moment she discovered the cubs feasting on her trash, and mama bear watching from a distance. 'Holy cow, baby bears. Where's the mama?'
