"The display was properly permitted, licensed, and inspected, and all potential factors identified so far are accidental in nature," the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services https://www.facebook.com/MassDFS/posts/1160648132768437 said . Eight individuals were evaluated at the scene, including one patient who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and another individual with minor injuries. Both are recovering, officials said. "The remaining individuals were evaluated on site and refused transport to the hospital," the Mashpee Fire Department said.
