Taiwanese tourist loses life in train crossing accident in in Arita, Saga Prefecture
Video footage shows a railway crossing in Arita, Saga Prefecture, where a Taiwanese tourist in her 50s was hit by a train on the Kyushu Railway Co. Sasebo Line on Aug. 13. The crossing lies on the approach path to Sueyamajinja shrine and is marked by warning signs in several languages. The woman was rushed to a hospital but later died of injuries.
