Giant scroll written at Kyoto Prefecture temple offers prescription for illness

Video footage taken July 31 at Byodoin temple in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, shows calligrapher Mori Suzuki using a giant brush to create a scroll as a prayer offering. A phrase taken from a Buddhist text was written on the paper measuring 10 meters by 1.5 meters. The video footage was taken by Yoshiaki Konishi of The Asahi Shimbun.
