Dead Dolphin and Space-X Rocket Debris Found in Mexican Beach

Video shows interview with Commander Humberto Salazar of the Matamoros Office of Civil Protection and Firefighters ( Protección Civil y Bomberos de Matamoros). During the interview they stated that they recovered part of a rocket and also found a dead dolphin in the beach. He stated that they were unsure if the death of the dolphin was a result of the rocket debris. Also includes an interview with a local fisherman in which he states that after a rocket debris lands on water, it affects the amount of fish he is able to catch. Also includes b-roll.
