PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA - MARCH 18 2:15:45 What Jimmy did to Skip's body is horrible. No one can forgive and no one can ask for forgiveness. It is easy to hate him. Your job is not to judge Jimmy as a person, thats easy, that is something we can all agree on. Your job in this case is to decide if Jimmy killed Skip. It would be easy to let feelings drive the bus. We can't let feelings get in the way. Your job is to push feelings to the side and conclude that Jimmy did not kill Skip. The state has the burden of proof that Jimmy killed skip. For two weeks the state has had dazzling technology and lots of information but no evidence of murder. After all that they still can't show you that a murder occured. After all that the only conclusion is that the killing didn't happen. Of course this is the trial of James Scandarito and Jimmy told lies. He lied to his friends, police, people close to him, landlord. You don't have to believe Jimmy because he took the stand. You can beleive him because the evidence leads you there.
