Wide faraway tracking shot of the sky, as apparently two objects fall through the sky followed by long white streams of smoke. The objects themselves are faintly glimmering, which is probably the sun reflecting off of pieces of the white metal orbiter. These are pieces of the space shuttle Columbia as they fall from the sky after the shuttle disintegrated upon re-entering the earth's atmosphere. Cut to a slightly more zoomed in shot of essentially the same thing - a few glimmering objects in close proximity, falling through the sky rapidly with long white streams following them. The pieces seem to break up into even smaller pieces as they fall towards earth. Towards the end of the shot the pieces separate significantly, to the point that there are at least four distinct objects, each with their own tails of white smoke.
