A winter storm swept into the US Midwest on Tuesday, November 11, dumping as much as two feet of snow in some areas. Rhinelander, Wisconsin, saw 11 inches, but that was enough to give this city snow plow trouble. The driver, with the help of a police officer, eventually took a shovel and dug the snow and ice from behind the tires before finally making his way up the street.
