Senator to Secret Service: Penalties for Violating Privacy Act
Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson asks DHS Inspector General about penalties for violation of law by agents of the Secret Service, asks agency director Joseph P. Clancy point blank what he is going to do about a pattern of misconduct, saying that nothing is more corrosive to management culture than misdeeds not punished. Adds that his table of penalties is consistent with other agencies, that employees are being removed and disciplined.
