US: Lake Conroe Temporarily Closes, Flood Warning Issued For Montgomery County
With the overnight rainfall, Lake Conroe rose 2 feet above the fill limit on Wednesday, January 24. It was temporarily closed with the risk of submerged objects and other damage. Flash flooding watch was also in effect until noon for Montgomery County with the possibility of extension. This video shows the water level of Lake Conroe, which was higher than usual.
