Sun-dried tomatoes in Turkey's Manisa

MANISA, TURKEY - AUGUST 19: Workers prepare tomatoes for sun drying in Turgutlu district of Manisa Province in the Aegean region of Turkey on August 19, 2015. In Turgutlu, one of the most significant tomatoes production lands in Turkey, farmers who previously used the most of their crops to make tomato paste, have started to product sun dried tomatoes on-demand and sell them to Europe in recent years.
