David Hasselhoff Describes a Miniseries He Just Shot
Yeah, it's an awesome project. I just saw it two nights ago in Germany and where I was looping it. It's called Shaka Zulu. It's actually a sequel to the biggest miniseries of all time on syndication, Shaka Zulu is based on the King of South Africa. I play a slaver who goes over to pick up slaves and take over a girl looking for her father. She's played by Karen Allen, and Karen Allen's father, played by James Farewell, is over there who's trying to bring a liaison between the King of England and Shaka. And really it's a story about hope. Racism and love and but more about forgiveness and and it's something that the world needs to see right now because it's about a man who named Shaka who didn't kill all the settlers and forgave them and forgaved my character and He ends up taking me slave on my own ship, which was Ten million dollar replica of an 1843 schooner where I learned how to sail and and so I got to play Aeroflin, Clark Gable. And Burt Lancaster all in one and it was the role of a lifetime and I think that once I saw that I said you know it's going to be hard to go back to Baywatch after this because I need to kind of branch out and have some fun.
